Chocolate Frosting

1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Melt butter in a large microwave safe bowl; stir in cocoa. Add powdered sugar alternately with milk and vanilla, beating to spreading consistency.

Frosts and fills an 8 or 9-inch layer cake or 1 (13 x 9-inch) cake.
