| Prepare peppers as you like (Quarter or slice). | ||
| Blanche peppers in hot water 5 minutes. Drain well. | ||
| Boil mixture 10 minutes without peppers. | ||
| Add Peppers and boil 10-12 minutes more. | ||
| They are ready to can. | ||
